SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION, ANTIMICROBIAL AND ELECTROCHEMICAL STUDIES OF BIOSYNTHESIZED ZINC OXIDE NANOPARTICLES USING THE PROBIOTIC BACILLUS COAGULANS (ATCC 7050)

Nowadays, nanotechnology has been used to overcome many global problems such as growing worldwide demand for energy and of microbial antibiotic resistance. The presented study the probiotic Bacillus coagulans (ATCC 7050) a nano-factory biosynthesis zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs). UV-visible spectroscopy, FTIR XRD, TEM Zeta analysis confirmed formation spherical ZnO NPs with mean size 10-19 nm positive potential 29±2 mV. biosynthesized showed potent antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria well pathogenic yeast minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) values 500 800 μg/ml Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 Pseudomonas aeruginosa 27853 600 Candida albicans 10231.
